Emergency Short-Term Rent Assistance

This program provides short-term rent assistance (rent, app fees, utilities if listed on contract) for lower income individuals. This program operates by referral only.

FAQs

  • The program will reopen in December/January, depending on fund availability.

  • At this time, you can expect a Latino Network housing coordinator to reach out to you within 1-2 weeks.

  • Please give about 2-3 weeks for payment.

  • Your eviction notice, your current tenant ledger, your leader, and your current W-9. Having these documents ready to go will speed up the process.

  • During the application process, we connect with the property manager and they, too fill out a document that guarantees payment for qualified applicants. This gives us the time to process the application properly.
