Home Retention and Repair Program (HRRP)

Home Retention and Repair Program (HRRP) helps Latinx clients who own the units they are living in with minor repairs, referrals to partner agencies for larger repairs and weatherization, and with system charges such as property taxes.

  • Eligible households reside in East Portland, own the unit they are in, and are below 80% Median Family Income.
