MOBILE HOUSING TEAM
Mobile Housing Team (MHT)
Mobile Housing Team (MHT) is a housing placement program for families with youth under the age of 18 and is funded through the Joint Office of Homeless Services (JOHS). MHT provides wraparound services for families in need.

Eligible clients must be unhoused, reside in Multnomah County, and be referred through the JOHS coordinated access system, following assessment through 211 Info.
