CAREER COACHING

Career Coaching

Our Career Coaching program is committed to helping participants create a step-by-step achievable career plan to reach your individual career goals become ready for employment, or obtain resources for career training. Work in partnership with WorkSource Portland also offers career coaching with additional support to Multnomah County residents experiencing homelessness or housing instability.

In addition, Career Coaching participants are eligible for rent assistance. Rent assistance provides specific types of housing resources for participants to stabilize their rental housing situation and allow them to actively engage in workforce development services.

  • Clients must be 18 years of age or older, residents of Multnomah County, eligible to legally work in the USA, seeking employment and/or career advancement, and earn below 50% of the county median income.

    To be eligible for rent assistance, participants must be enrolled in one of the career coaching projects.
