Multnomah Stability Initiative (MSI)

Multnomah Stability Initiative (MSI) is a long term case management program aimed at creating lasting stability, empowerment and prosperity for families with youth under the age of 18 and living in Multnomah County.

  • Eligible families are under 125% of Federal Poverty Level, have youth under the age of 18 in the household, are living in Multnomah County, experiencing a temporary disruption in income or recovering from an unexpected financial burden, interested in long-term case management aimed at raising household income.
