The VOE’s commitment is to promote the educational development & opportunities for the Mexican nationals living within the Consulates’ jurisdiction. To disseminate the educational opportunities provided by the Mexican Government for the Mexican nationals in the US and to promote educational programs and opportunities offered by Latino Network.
