RICH DIVERSION PROGRAM
RICH Diversion or Restoring Individuals, Communities, and Hope is a diversion program created in partnership with Clackamas County. Since the summer of 2019, the RICH program has received over 250 referrals and has assisted youth and their families heal and complete the program successfully.
