Justin Gonzales is a partner in Perkins Coie LLP’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Justin focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, investments, corporate governance and other corporate matters for public and private clients. He has also maintained an active pro bono practice, advising clients such as Ecotrust and small businesses in the Portland-area on corporate issues. Justin prides himself on being a trusted advisor for his clients, working to understand their goals and helping them complete some of their most important strategic transactions.

After graduating from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts, Justin earned a JD from Stanford Law School. A Chicagoland-native, Justin moved to Portland in 2016. With his free time, he enjoys hiking, exploring Portland's food scene and spending time with his partner Lisa and dog Chai.
