PRESCHOOL FOR ALL

Preschool for All (PFA) is a FREE program that will provide preschool for 3- and 4-year-olds in Multnomah County. The program started with about 500 slots in September 2022 and will increase the number of children and families that it serves each year. The program will grow over time until it is available to all county families.

Applications are currently closed and will re-open for limited placement availability and a waitlist. All families living in Multnomah County are eligible to apply. However, families with the least access to high-quality preschool will be prioritized.

Our Family Navigators can support your family by answering questions about the program, filling out the application, and helping you find the best fit schools for your child in English and Spanish.
