Marilu Estrada has been a member of the Latino Network administrative team since 2014, starting out providing executive administrative support to the executive director. She currently serves in the role of Director of Operations, overseeing and leading the internal administrative operations and IT departments. Additionally, Marilu is actively involved in spearheading the opening efforts of La Plaza Esperanza.

Raised on the west side of the Portland Metro area, Marilu graduated from Western Oregon University in 2014, located in Monmouth, Oregon. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in spending quality time with her family and beloved pet, as well as embarking on local and international travel adventures whenever possible.
